Policy

Please fill out online forms before your arrival. You can arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session and wind down with a complimentary drink of choice. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. Thank you.

Shipping policy: please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order.

COVID-19 and Service NOTICE: We are dedicated in keeping you and our team safe! Upon arrival you will be asked to wash your hands before your service. A mask to wear is optional. No children OR Extra guests will be allowed unless they are getting serviced.
