Please NOTE that all transactions for appointments are non-refundable. On the Go Wellness Spa understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requires a 24-hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show" for will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount. Late Fee policy: if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will be charged a $25 late fee. Shipping policy: please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order.

COVID-19 NOTICE: We are dedicated in keeping you and our team safe! Upon arrival you will be escorted through a sanitizing fog and asked to wash your hands before your service. You Must wear a mask at all times. If you don't have a mask you will be able to purchase one for $10. Please Do not come early for your appointment. No extra guests, and no children are allowed unless they are getting serviced.
